Marco Antonio Ribeiro

Marco is a rising Sophomore at Harvard College studying Engineering Sciences and Economics. As President of the Board of Directors, he works closely with the executive directors and other board members to define the organization's strategy and ensure that the mission of our organization is accomplished. He is currently directing the Economics Impact Projects within CVT, such as "Fact-Checking the EPA" and "Avoiding a COVID Depression." Our economy is undergoing significant transformations every day. Marco believes that taking an unbiased data-driven approach is the key to create policy recommendations for our business leaders and politicians and help our society overcome the difficult challenges we are facing.

Marco was born in Portugal and grew up in a small town near Porto. He moved to the United States in 2019 and now lives in Cambridge, MA. During high school, he participated in several international science competitions across the world. On campus, Marco is a member of the CBE Consulting Club, the Harvard Crimson Business Board, and the Harvard Financial Analysts Club. In the future, he plans to explore entrepreneurial avenues, especially in the Biotech field. In his free time, he loves exploring new places, watching movies with friends, and running by the Charles River.
