"The Estimathon is a team-based contest that combines trivia, game theory, and mathematical thinking. Teams have 30 minutes to work on a set of 13 estimation problems, the winning team being the one with the best set of estimates." - Jane Street
Teams that answer with the "least confidence intervals away" will win prizes. Prizes include Wolfram license, Management Consulted subscription, up to $10k AWS credits, some doordash credits up to $10k Airtable credits, $5k in Bubble Credits, Superhuman account, and mentoring with partners.
We will have two tracks:
Challenger: Socially Significant questions
Internet: Predictive Questions
